Julienne vegetables, so much more than you think

Julienne vegetables, THE classic Flemish vegetable mix for preparing vegetable soup or mussels, but... it is so much more than that!

• It goes perfectly with a delicious fish papillote 🐟

• Super delicious with chicken or turkey. Add some pineapple to the mix and you have a fresh summer dish 🌞

• If you'd rather have it with some sauce. Combine it with prawns, apple and a curry sauce.. 🤯

But my absolute favorite is a casserole with minced meat and mash 😋
